— Participate in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.
— Participate in the process of determining the overall conceptual design and performing business process modeling
— Work with developers during initial stages of the project to ensure common vision of the features being developed
— Investigate tasks and provide estimates on hours, schedules and deadlines
— Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
— Ensure strict correspondence between solutions developed in the team and customer’s requirements
— Perform functional analysis and troubleshooting
