Basic skills:

— Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 experience
— At least 5 years in .NET (C#)/ ASP.NET (MVC)
— At least 5 years in Microsoft SQL Server (2008/2012/2016)
— Solution envisioning and design in agile and waterfall development environments primarily with Dynamics CRM as a platform, but introducing other elements of the Microsoft technology stack where necessary (Dynamics 365, ASP.NET MVC, Azure, SharePoint, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI etc.)
— Strong technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and On-Premise:
— 2015 (v.7)
— 2016 (v.8)
— Dynamics 365 (v. 9)
— Prior experience of working with Dynamics API and Object model
— Strong understanding of multiple pieces of Dynamics integrations related to API limits, Object model, API access to data in Dynamics CRM
— Good understanding of how to build scalable components of a distributed system
— Good understanding of how each component, service, process affects performance and user experience
— Strong understanding of the components you have been working on, and familiarity with the architecture and infrastructure of systems where you have worked
— Find and provide suggestions for resolving architectural, security-related and other issues in code reviews
— Clearly interpret business requirements using technology language and communicates complex technical issues in simple terms understood by business and customers
— Take part in the pre-sales process, providing input to tenders and bids when necessary and prototyping and demoing solutions to potential customers
— Advanced level of English
— Make recommendations on the allocation of resources to projects according to skills and capacity and provide mentoring support to developer resources
— Practical experience using Dynamics 365 CE apps such as Dynamics 365 Field Service

Additional skills:

— Experience in Dynamics 365 Unified Interface
— L Server development (complex queries, views, stored procedures and functions)
— Understanding relational database principles
— SSRS report design and development
— MS Dynamics CRM certifications

— Develop software to deadlines and quality standards
— Full systems development life-cycle including design, coding, testing and documentation
— Creation and modification of custom entities and associated Forms and Views
— Design and develop custom CRM plug-ins, workflows and other customizations
— Participate on meetings with customers
— Communicate with clients directly on requirements and support
— Support existing .NET / C# based applications
— Implementing front-end side using HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript
— Implementing server-side part using C#/.NET
— Fixing bugs for the project
— Writing technical specifications for the developed code
— Acting as technical expert who influences cost-effectiveness, innovation and simplicity in design
— Performing a technical and functional analysis
— Investigating tasks and providing estimates on hours, schedules and deadlines
— Supervising and guiding Junior and Middle Software Development Engineers to ensure their good performance and high coding quality
— Research on newest Dynamics technological trends
— Lead pilot implementations of CRM solutions based on newest Microsoft Dynamics technologies

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Solutions Architect to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have 4+ plus years of general .NET development experience with at least 3 years of development experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration and development of MS Dynamics CRM solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear understanding of the Microsoft CRM application and will have technical proficiency in Microsoft CRM development tools.
