Requirements

  • Must have a high technical level in our technical stack (.NET, JavaScript, DB, Cloud technologies)
  • Knowledge of other languages ​​(Node.js, React Native, Python, PHP, Java) at the level of understanding and the possibility of conducting interviews
  • Experience in Pre-sale, enough knowledge and experience to estimate and architecture of projects,
  • You understand a client’s needs, and offer the solution that meets them
  • You keep abreast of the development world, read news about new technologies and trends
  • You are a result and business-oriented person
  • Proactive leadership, strategic planning skills
  • You have Advanced+ English level

Would be a plus if:

  • You have experience and knowledge of the Healthcare industry
  • You know well PM processes

Your future tasks

  • You will manage the CTO office team
  • You will involved in pre-sale activities as a technical specialist
  • Improving the quality of project estimation (understanding competitors, analyzing previous results, improving tools)
  • Drive technical initiatives in the company (work standards, R&D)
  • Improving the projects’ quality (implementation of processes for technical mentoring, supervision, code review, etc.)
  • To be in trend — study new technologies and trends in the industry
  • Development of technical expertise focused on HealthCare
