What we are looking for in a new team member

• At least 2.5 years of experience as a Web Software Development Project Manager;
• Experience in small-middle size outsource company managing projects from scratch to the final delivery through full project lifecycle by your own independently
• Experience working with projects on the Presale stage. Strong knowledge and experience of how to gather necessary requirements, define main needs and goals, work within client’s constraints, proposal preparing
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (especially Agile approach and tools, Scrum and Kanban frameworks) and experience of choosing the right methodology based on project conditions
• Solid experience in scope management, requirements gathering, work breakdown, scope estimation and planning. Experience in gathering functional, non-functional, system and business requirements
• Good experience in financial management, following project cost plan and gross margin index
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level
• Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and decisiveness

Responsibilities

• Project Management full cycle: from starting the project to successful project release/support stage
• Management of scope, budgets, timeline of one or several projects
• Risk management, ability to react rapidly and to be highly problem-solving oriented;
• Analyzing requirements, creating backlogs
• Work with office tools (G Suite, Jira, etc.)
• End-to-end communication with the client
• Managing teams of at least 7-8 employees
• Be ready to give commitment and take responsibility
• Be proactive and be able to point out problems
• Requirements gathering, work breakdown, scope estimation and planning
• Managing multiple projects at the same time (2-3 projects)
• To provide the efficient reports that can be valuable for client
• Facilitating efficient software engineering processes
• Conduct one-to-one sessions with team members
• Constant monitoring and improving project processes
• Create and monitor invoices for the client
• Monitoring and improving the performance of the team
