What we are looking for in a new team member

• Proven experience in managing outsourcing IT projects (1+ year)
• Good understanding of the SDLC
• Ability of multitasking
• Knowledge or requirement analysis, efforts estimation
• Strong understanding of product management, mapping business goals to current tasks
• Good knowledge of project planning and management
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving attitude
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level

Responsibilities

• Project Management full cycle: from starting the project to successful project release/support stage
• Management of scope, budgets, timeline of one or several projects
• Analyzing requirements, creating backlogs
• Facilitating efficient software engineering processes
• Maintain scrum rituals on the project
• Conduct one-to-one sessions with team members
• Constant monitoring and improving project processes
• Create and monitor invoices for the client
• Monitoring and improving the performance of the team, providing visibility to the client
• Resolving team conflicts if any
• Report project status to company management
