What we’re looking for in a new team member:

• From 5 years experience in IT Recruiting
• At least 2 years experience as Lead of Recruitment
• Expert knowledge of recruitment strategies and tactics
• Good knowledge of IT outsourcing business and software development life cycle
• Deep knowledge of local IT market (main competitors’ advantages and disadvantages, market salaries for different technologies and competency levels; availability of IT resources; difference in competencies level
• Skills to build the hiring process: (description, automation, result)
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
• Good problem management skills
• Analytical skills

What you will do:

• Coordinate recruitment team
• Keep track of the latest trends and innovative talent sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in market talent sourcing practices, and share this knowledge with the team
• Increase delivery speed, shorten the response to market demand
• Encourage team to make data-driven delivery forecasts
• Plan and coordinate complex recruitment projects and initiatives
