What we’re looking for in a new team member:
- From 5 years experience in IT Recruiting
- At least 2 years experience as Lead of Recruitment
- Expert knowledge of recruitment strategies and tactics
- Good knowledge of IT outsourcing business and software development life cycle
- Deep knowledge of local IT market (main competitors’ advantages and disadvantages, market salaries for different technologies and competency levels; availability of IT resources; difference in competencies level
- Skills to build the hiring process: (description, automation, result)
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
- Good problem management skills
- Analytical skills
What you will do:
- Coordinate recruitment team
- Keep track of the latest trends and innovative talent sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in market talent sourcing practices, and share this knowledge with the team
- Increase delivery speed, shorten the response to market demand
- Encourage team to make data-driven delivery forecasts
- Plan and coordinate complex recruitment projects and initiatives
