— At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager;
— Experience of work in IT or Digital companies;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction;
— Business-oriented person — understanding of how the business works;
— Problem-solving and conflict-solving abilities;
— Intermediate English is a must;

Обязанности

— Conducting HR interviews, exit interviews, on-boarding process;
— Creation of individual plan of development for employees;
— Cooperation with the recruiting department and project managers;
— Employer Branding activities (company’s employer brand analysis; employer branding events organizing; job fairs participating);
— Development and support of corporate culture;
— The motivation of employees of the company, finding an individual approach to them;
— Organization and carrying out of corporative events, team-buildings, trainings, courses, seminars.
