— 2+ years in a Lead QA role;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate to stakeholders and management across multiple business functions;
— Extremely detail-oriented with a self-starter personality;
— Experience of coordination and execution all aspects of testing efforts from project inception to post-launch;
— Ability to understand business needs and translate them into test cases and test scenarios;
— Expertise in various forms of software testing: functional and non-functional testing — Integration, System, Regression, and End to End testing;
— Experience implementing testing strategies and leading the testing effort within agile development processes;
— Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
— Background with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and frequent release cycles.

— Provide QA expertise through the instruction of team members on how to test our software and lead by example;
— Establish and evolve QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices;
— Improve standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in the way we test software;
— Lead agile planning from a QA perspective by establishing tasks/estimates;
— Ask the right questions at the right time to reduce the introduction of quality risk;
— Follow through and communicate design decisions to everyone on the team.
