Business Development Manager (BDM)

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our sales team and help us turn qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

You’ll own the sales process from the first meaningful conversation through closing, working closely with Pre-sales and Delivery to build the right solutions for our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Own the sales process from the first conversation through proposal, negotiation, and closing;
• Qualify and manage B2B leads from inbound, outbound, and referral channels;
• Run discovery calls to understand clients’ needs, challenges, priorities, and decision-making process;
• Build relationships with decision-makers and manage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process;
• Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to Delivery;
• Prepare commercial proposals together with Pre-sales and Delivery teams;
• Keep HubSpot up to date with deal stages, next steps, stakeholders, forecasts, close dates, and risks;
• Maintain a clear and reliable sales forecast and flag potential risks early;
• Use market and client insights to improve our ICP, messaging, outreach, qualification, and sales process;
• Track competitors, pricing, market trends, client feedback, and common objections;
• Work closely with Marketing and Delivery to turn insights into better sales opportunities and client solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of B2B experience selling IT services/complex solutions (both outsourcing and outstaffing business models);
• English — C1/C2;
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing;
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently;
• Strong ownership — you take responsibility for getting the deal done;
• Experience with AI-powered process automation and a strong interest in using AI to improve sales efficiency.
