SDR / Outreach Specialist

We’re hiring an SDR / Outreach Specialist to own our lead-generation process end-to-end covering qualification, outreach, and CRM, from first touch to a warm handoff. This is a text-first role: no cold-calling, no closing calls.

What you’ll do:

• Screen and score leads against our ICP/IPP criteria
• Own CRM data hygiene in HubSpot — contact and company records, notes, lead status
• Run outbound outreach across written channels: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack
• Handle event-related correspondence — pre-event attendee research briefs, invite/RSVP messaging, post-event follow-ups
• Draft and send warm-intro messages, and track referral threads through to a response
• Flag qualified conversations for the BD/leadership team to take further
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years in an SDR, outreach, or lead-gen role
• Excellent written English — this role lives in messages, not calls
• Comfortable with high-volume, multi-channel written communication
• CRM experience, HubSpot a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable following a scoring/qualification framework
• Bonus: experience with founder membership networks
