English teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis!

This role is ideal for an experienced English teacher who is confident working with adult learners in an IT environment, focusing on practical communication skills, fluency, and real-life workplace interactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct English lessons for small groups of up to 3 employees.
• Run structured lessons focused on speaking, fluency, and workplace communication.
• Organize and facilitate a weekly speaking club to improve confidence and spontaneous speech.
• Prepare lesson materials tailored to IT and business communication contexts.
• Track learner progress and provide feedback on performance and improvement areas.
• Adapt teaching methods to mixed levels and technical backgrounds.
• Encourage active participation and create a safe and engaging learning environment.

What we expect from you:

• English level C1—C2.
• Proven experience teaching English to adults.
• Experience working with IT professionals or willingness to quickly adapt to a technical environment.
• Strong focus on spoken communication and fluency development.
• Experience teaching small groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with IT companies or technical teams.
• Background in Business English or ESP (English for Specific Purposes).
• Familiarity with agile or software development environments.
• Experience running speaking clubs or conversational sessions.
