We are looking for an English Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis!
This role is ideal for an experienced English teacher who is confident working with adult learners in an IT environment, focusing on practical communication skills, fluency, and real-life workplace interactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct English lessons for small groups of up to 3 employees.
- Run structured lessons focused on speaking, fluency, and workplace communication.
- Organize and facilitate a weekly speaking club to improve confidence and spontaneous speech.
- Prepare lesson materials tailored to IT and business communication contexts.
- Track learner progress and provide feedback on performance and improvement areas.
- Adapt teaching methods to mixed levels and technical backgrounds.
- Encourage active participation and create a safe and engaging learning environment.
What we expect from you:
- English level C1—C2.
- Proven experience teaching English to adults.
- Experience working with IT professionals or willingness to quickly adapt to a technical environment.
- Strong focus on spoken communication and fluency development.
- Experience teaching small groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with IT companies or technical teams.
- Background in Business English or ESP (English for Specific Purposes).
- Familiarity with agile or software development environments.
- Experience running speaking clubs or conversational sessions.
