Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and maintain Gold-layer data products aligned to business domains
• Build and manage enterprise semantic models in Power BI
• Standardise and govern KPI definitions across the organization
• Implement certified datasets and prevent metric fragmentation
• Design Row-Level Security (RLS) and access controls within semantic models
• Collaborate with Data Architect and Data Engineer to translate business requirements into governed datasets
• Optimise Power BI model performance and usability
• Support executive and board-level reporting standards
• Ensure consistency between operational reporting and enterprise metrics

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years in BI / Analytics Engineering / Data Modeling
• Proven experience owning enterprise Power BI models
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
• Strong hands-on DAX expertise required
• Advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning)
• Enterprise semantic model design
• KPI framework development
• Dataset certification and governance practices
• Experience designing reusable data models (not one-off reports)
• Dimensional modeling (star schema, fact/dimension design)
• Domain-oriented dataset design
• Business rule implementation within models
• Understanding of certified vs non-certified datasets
• Knowledge of RLS and object-level security
• Familiarity with data lineage and documentation practices
