We’re hiring: full cycle IT Recruiter 💛

Your responsibilities will include:

• Searching for relevant CVs and engaging candidates at early stages;
• Running initial screenings to learn more about the candidate’s profile and motivation;
• Maintaining candidate records in our CRM and keeping it in shape (we appreciate clean data);
• Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews;
• Responding to candidate messages on platforms like DOU, PeopleForce, LinkedIn, the company website, etc.;
• Conduct screenings with relevant candidates in English;
• Assess candidates for company values fit;
• Communicate with vacancy stakeholders
• Create and send offers to candidates.

What we expect from you:

• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (you’ll be messaging and speaking with candidates in English);
• Emotional intelligence, empathy, and a good sense of people;
• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal;
• 1+ years of experience as an IT recruiter;
• Strong friendship with AI tools;
• Experience working in an outsourced company is a big plus;
• A degree or studies in psychology is a bonus;
• Sense of humor and knowledge of memes — yes, please!
