Your responsibilities will include:

• Full-cycle development and maintenance of WordPress websites (from front-end layout to back-end configuration).
• Building custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
• Integrating third-party APIs and external services.
• Implementing payment systems and online payment solutions (Stripe, PayPal, LiqPay, WayForPay, etc.).
• Setting up and customizing WooCommerce (products, cart, checkout, delivery, taxes).
• Optimizing website performance, security, and SEO.
• Working with MySQL databases, writing optimized queries, and maintaining efficient data structures.
• Ensuring responsive and cross-browser front-end implementation.
• Collaborating with designers and project managers, taking part in the full development lifecycle.

What we expect from you:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
• Experience with responsive and cross-browser layout development.
• Basic familiarity with React or Vue.js will be a plus.
• Excellent command of PHP 7+/8+.
• Experience with WordPress Codex and WP REST API.
• Ability to develop and customize plugins and themes.
• Understanding of MVC principles and clean code standards.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing WooCommerce.
• Integration of payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, LiqPay, and other local providers).
• Experience managing orders, deliveries, and variable products.
• Proficiency with REST API, and preferably GraphQL.
• Integration with CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and email services.
• Confident knowledge of MySQL (table creation, query optimization, JOINs, indexes).
• Understanding of WordPress database architecture.
• Experience with project deployment and support on Apache/Nginx, cPanel, VPS/VDS.
• Proficiency with Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Performance optimization (PageSpeed, caching, lazy load, CDN).
• Security setup (firewalls, SQLi/XSS protection, backups).
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress.

As a plus:

• DevOps experience: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI), Linux server management.
• Experience with Laravel (building APIs or microservices integrated with WordPress).
• Familiarity with headless WordPress (Next.js, Gatsby, Astro).
• Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean), using S3 and Cloudflare Workers.
• Working with CRM/ERP integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho, etc.).
• Understanding of QA processes (unit and integration testing) — PHPUnit, Jest.
• Experience with high-load WordPress projects (large product catalogs, complex caching, Redis/Memcached).
