HR Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for someone who will help us create and maintain an atmosphere of care, comfort, and celebration for our team.
If you enjoy organizing events, making spaces cozy and functional, and finding small ways to make people happier — this role is for you.

Your future tasks:

• Organize office days: logistics, equipment, and small workspace improvements.
• Plan and deliver events and team-building activities (celebrations, corporate parties, activities).
• Support the launch and maintenance of wellbeing programs.
• Contribute to corporate culture through events and atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the Head of HR and other departments.
• Improve and optimize existing HR processes within the company.
• Be proactive in implementing new ideas and initiatives in the HR domain.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in office/event management or HR/People Ops (experience in the IT industry will be a strong plus).
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ (must-have).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathy, communication skills, and the ability to truly listen to people.
• Responsibility, structure, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to multitask and enjoy it.
• Experience working in companies with 200–500 employees (a strong plus).
• Experience in implementing or supporting an HR brand development strategy (a strong plus).
• Practical skills with Canva, Figma, or similar tools for creating engaging visuals and internal communications (a strong plus).
