Our expectations from the ideal candidate:
— 2+ years of B2B experience in the role of SDR / BDR Team Lead;
— Practical experience in using personalized client acquisition methods, such as cold emails and searching through various social resources (LinkedIn, etc.);
— You make data-driven decisions based on A/B testing, multi-channel outreach, etc.;
— Experience with automation / data collection;
— Fluent written English;
— Analytical thinking;
— High organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize workloads;
— Excellent management skills.
Your tasks will include:
— Managing the lead generation, including training, motivation, and performance evaluation of team members;
— Developing Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and lead qualification criteria based on Solidgate’s goals, building a strategy for prospecting potential clients, automating and optimizing leadgen/SDR team processes;
— Analyzing and tracking performance metrics (conversion rates, efficiency levels, and profitability), working with the SDR funnel through CRM;
— Scheduling demo meetings with clients;
— Collaborating with other departments, particularly marketing and sales, to establish effective communication and ensure a flow of potential clients.
