EMEX is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager for a London-based B2B EHS & ESG software product company.

Our application allows our clients to measure the CO2 emissions of the metallurgical plants, oil & gas companies, etc. Our cloud-based platform consolidates all safety, sustainability, environmental processing and reporting capabilities within a unified platform to give our customers the power to introduce responsive reporting based on accurate data, proving compliance to investors and shareholders.

Our team will be massively increased in a short time: up to 40 engineers in 2021 and up to 300 engineers at the end of 2024.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Salesforce Customer Implamantation experience will be advantage,
  • Relevant work experience in one of the following areas: Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Technology Solutions Development, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance;
  • Experience in dealing with large, complex, distributed system scale businesses;
  • Comfortable in dealing with IT systems that support end-to-end business processes across the customers’ value chain;
  • Navigate, escalate and lead efforts on complex customer requests or projects involving multiple parties and enterprise systems;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
  • Aptitude for both analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms and for mapping business requirements into technical features;
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure;

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the implementation of complex customer projects, which includes:

  • Project and customer management;
  • Gathering and analysis of key requirements;
  • Platform configuration;
  • Implementation QA;
  • Project completion with Customer Acceptance;

Subsidiary Responsibilities:

  • Build, grow and manage the team of Customer Implementation managers;
  • Test the demo and existing unused EMEX Platform capabilities/functionality;
  • Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations that will benefit customers’ ongoing usage of the EMEX platform;
  • Conduct lead technical health reviews and provide relevant technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements specifics to customers’ business needs;
  • Attain the trusted advisor status with both key business and technical decision-makers;
  • Participate in issues and act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high severity cases, driving business reliability and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborate internally with the EMEX team, share knowledge and best practices with team members, contribute to internal projects and initiatives and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific technical or process areas.
