3+ years of experience as PR, Community Manager, SMM Specialist or Marketer;
Proven track record in designing and executing successful PR and social media campaigns.
Experience in working in IT company;
Fluent English, both written and spoken;
Strong networking and communication skills;
Experience in events organizing;
Strong understanding of how to manage communities on different stages;
Interpersonal and presentation skills, persuasiveness and ability to professionally navigate in unfamiliar circumstances;
Solid experience with social media including Facebook, Twitter, Telegramm, etc. Understanding the power of feed marketing.
Familiarity with Blockchains crypto currencies is a big plus

Support communications with and among community in all channels RU/EN language;
Monitoring discussions, responding in a timely fashion where appropriate (or ensuring relevant responders to respond);
Managing the communication of regular platform upgrades;
Recommending and implementing new communication approaches;
Developing and implementing community promotion and engagement strategies;
Coordinating with Marketing, Communications/Public Relations and other divisions’ staff to ensure successful coordinated campaigns for communication;
Working with Product management, Marketing, and other divisions to coordinate community postings as appropriate across the organization’s other digital channels;
Promoting and evangelizing community activities internally and abroad;
Networking with community members;
Organizing meetups/workshops/conferences for targeted audiences and preparing speakers;
Training other staff on how to participate and engage in the community;
Monitoring and measuring the success of community engagement (i.e. number of users, number of discussions, etc.), and providing reports for executives;
Identifying and reporting on community trends to internal teams and advising on potential opportunities or risks;
Communication with foreign media publications.
