We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team to execute the lead generation process.
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role
- Understanding of SDLC and sales pipeline
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Good analytical and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to switch between topics quickly
- English — at least Upper-Intermediate is a must
- Experience working with LinkedIn & Sales Navigator, CRM systems, proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Spreadsheet, Docs), Snov.io, Findthatlead, Crunchbase, or similar tools.
- Research and outreach the pools of potential clients in professional networks and other platforms within focus markets, campaigns, etc.
- Initiate the first contact with potential clients, add records to the CRM
- Communicate with potential clients (influencers, decision-makers) until further transfer to Sales Manager
- Taking part in developing new approaches and implementing the best practices in lead generation
