— You have at least 2 years of professional experience in in-house recruiting or talent acquisition management in a scale-up company
— You have experience in rapidly building and growing teams with highly qualified new hires
— You are experienced in working successfully with recruiting agencies and can orchestrate them
— You have an excellent understanding of the entire candidate journey
— You are characterized by an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality
— You enjoy networking
— You have an upper-intermediate level of English

— Developing creative sourcing strategies in order to build appropriate pipelines to meet hiring goals
— Analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing recruiting processes and channels
— Screening candidates and conducting interviews using proven interview techniques
— Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
— Working closely with recruiting agencies and ensuring an efficient process flow
— Cooperating with hiring managers and ensuring a minimum interference in their daily operations
— Developing a scalable and smooth onboarding process for new team members
