We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Backend Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). You will work on server-side development, integrations, and optimizations to ensure seamless and scalable solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend e-commerce solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Implement custom business logic and integrate Salesforce Commerce Cloud with third-party services and APIs
- Develop and maintain integrations with various backend systems (ERP, CRM, payment gateways, etc.)
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using SFCC technologies (ISML, JavaScript, OCAPI, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance
- Collaborate with front-end developers and project teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Participate in the agile development process, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Requirements:
- Minimum
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) backend development - Strong experience with server-side JavaScript, ISML (Intershop Markup Language), and OCAPI (Open Commerce API)
- Proficiency in backend technologies and frameworks related to e-commerce
- Experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud with external APIs, payment systems, and other platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Management and Content Management features
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD processes
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
