About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Business Developer with 3+ years of experience in the outsource/outstaff IT industry, based in Europe, who knows how to build meaningful client relationships.
You’ll partner closely with our CEO and Sales team to own the entire sales cycle—from uncovering leads to sealing the deal.

What You’ll Do
- Own the sales process from prospecting leads to the final contract.
- Build real, personal connections with leads and clients.
- Craft customised campaigns and use automation when it makes sense.
- Handle email/LinkedIn communications and lead intro calls.
- Keep our CRM (Pipedrive) updated and stay aligned with sales goals.
- Prepare business proposals that speak directly to client needs.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in IT outsource/outstaff sales.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Experience working with clients from around the world.
- Solid understanding of development processes and stages.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and focused on results.
- Based in Europe and open to travel for conferences and roadshows.
- Advanced at automation tools and CRM systems (Pipedrive).
