— A substantial background (6+ years) in professional software development.
— Proven ability to launch and support live, user-facing applications.
— Clear, respectful communication skills, both written and verbal.
— A high degree of autonomy and skill in asynchronous, distributed collaboration.

TECH SKILLS

— Production experience with Elixir and Phoenix LiveView.
— A knack for Postgres performance tuning and observability.
— Familiarity with modern infrastructure (GCP, k8s, Terraform) and CI/CD.
— A deeply ingrained discipline for security, reliability, and testing.
