Technical Requirements:
— 5+ years of project management experience within the middle to large companies;
— Agile practitioner;
— Experience in contract negotiations, drafting and submitting the projects’ proposal of work;
— Experience in fixed price and T&M budgeting model;
— Experience with risk management;
— Excellent command of English.

— Management complex of projects in all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing project phases);
— Work closely with customers management to understand and fulfill business requirements for the project;
— Ensure clients satisfaction within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources of the project;
— Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences;
— Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources;
— Support team members, manage risk and conflicts before they arise;
— Establishing Project Managment related procedures and best practices;
— Participation in project staffing.

This role requires profound experience in project/account management, customer relations, and team supervision.
