About the Project:

Our client is an IT solutions provider specializing in IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) and digital transformation. They offer services like consulting, software development, and maintenance for IBM’s ELM suite, which includes tools for requirements management, test management, and systems design. The company also provides advanced solutions for agile development and aims to enhance business efficiency for industries like automotive, medical, and aerospace.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably in a technical Project/Product Management, Software Development, QA, Scrum Master, or Technical Writing environment.
• Previous experience in at least 2 of the following roles:
  
  • IT Product Owner
  • Scrum Master
  • Technical Writer
  • QA / Tester
  • Software Developer
• Strong technical background and good understanding of software development processes, SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong systems thinking — ability to understand complex systems, dependencies, processes, and interactions between different components.
• Experience working closely with software development and engineering teams.
• Ability to translate business/product requirements into clear technical requirements, specifications, user stories, or documentation.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning and requirements management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good English proficiency (B2+/C1 or higher) — confident communication in meetings and written communication/documentation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to switch between different responsibilities depending on project needs: product ownership, coordination, requirements analysis, documentation, Agile facilitation, etc.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) or similar requirements/test management platforms.
• Experience in requirements management, test management, systems engineering or systems design.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, medical or other highly regulated industries.
• Technical background in software engineering, QA automation, systems engineering or business analysis.
• Experience working with complex enterprise software solutions.

Ideal candidate profile:

The ideal candidate is not a traditional Project Manager. We are looking for a technically strong IT professional who has successfully combined at least two different roles during their career (e.g. Product Owner + Scrum Master, Product Owner + Developer, Scrum Master + QA, etc.) and can operate across product, engineering, Agile processes, and technical documentation.
