Purpose of the Role:

The Developer will design, configure, and maintain ITSM and customer support workflows, while building and supporting integrations and platform operations. This role supports both internal IT processes and external customer-facing services, ensuring reliable workflows, seamless system integrations, and stable platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize ITSM and CSM workflows, including case management, customer service processes, knowledge management, and SLAs
  • Develop self-service portal features, such as service catalogs, case submission forms, and chat/virtual agent capabilities
  • Build and maintain workflow automations using Flow Designer across ITSM and CSM processes
  • Implement notifications, entitlements, reporting, and escalation mechanisms for internal and external support
  • Design, develop, and support integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, Azure AD, Intune, and monitoring tools
  • Support CMDB automation, Discovery jobs, and ongoing data quality improvements
  • Contribute to platform operations, including administration tasks, patches, upgrades, access controls, and role management
  • Implement and maintain automated regression tests using ATF
  • Support release management, deployments, and troubleshoot workflow, integration, and platform-related issues

Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on development experience across ITSM, CSM, integrations, and platform operations
  • Strong scripting skills, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
  • Solid understanding of customer support and IT service processes, including ticket lifecycles, SLAs, and escalations
  • Expertise in integrations, API development, data transformation, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with CMDB, ITOM modules, and Discovery
  • Working knowledge of ITIL principles and their application to internal and external service delivery
  • Hands-on experience with platform administration and operational support
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
