About the Project:

Our customer is a NY-based, VC-backed healthtech AI startup revolutionizing medical practices by automating thousands of patient calls through an advanced, user-friendly web application.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain security best practices across AWS infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage operational security for development projects.
• Collaborate with the backend team to streamline and secure deployment processes.
• Utilize security tools (Probely, Snyk) to proactively identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
• Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and optimization of cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps or DevSecOps professional, particularly with AWS.
• Familiarity with security assessment and vulnerability management tools like Probely and Snyk.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD practices and GitHub workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity.
