We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving value for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities leveraging personal networks and other self-sourced channels.
- Handle inbound marketing leads with timely, personalized follow-ups that drive engagement and conversion.
- Lead full-cycle sales: from outreach and negotiation to closing a deal and client onboarding.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records and drive consistent follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging with customers’ needs.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospects across Europe and North America.
- Nurture long-term relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Consistently meet sales KPIs and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, software development, outsourcing, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and key technical concepts.
- Proven track record of closing deals with international clients (EU/US preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in face-to-face (virtual or physical) sales meetings.
- High level of integrity, maturity, and accountability.
- Fluent English (C1+); German or Scandinavian languages are a plus.
