Responsibilities:
- Continuous improvement of recruiting processes and implementing best practices;
- Building the company’s recruitment strategy;
- Coordinating the recruiting team of 3 ppl and reporting on its performance;
- Mentoring and growing recruitment team members;
- Recruiting new talents and conducting interviews;
- Track key hiring metrics, analyze the effectiveness of recruitment processes, and implement improvements to optimize time-to-hire and enhance hiring quality.
- Communicating with hiring managers to get a clear view of their hiring needs;
- Researching new effective job advertising options;
- Job and salary market analysis;
- Active participation in the company’s management team to help the company achieve its high-level goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in IT full-cycle recruitment;
- Proven managerial and leadership experience;
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manner;
- Results-driven mentality;
- Being a team player;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
