About Project:

The project is an existing travel marketplace platform whose purpose is to make the process of finding the right hotel and booking the room easy and user-friendly. The goal now is to continue updating the website according to the new design.
The team is cross-located, part of it is in the USA, and another part of the team is in Ukraine. You will be working closely with both parts of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement new design features into our existing platform.
• Develop high-quality, reusable code based on jQuery, Bootstrap 5, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure all elements of the web application match the provided design.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic and functionality.
• Utilize object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to create scalable and maintainable code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain and improve the website as needed, fix bugs and address client feedback.
• Document all work and progress thoroughly and keep it up to date.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 4+ years as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks, especially Bootstrap 5 and jQuery.
• Experience with JavaScript, OOP principles, and knowledge of ASP.NET is a plus (ASP.NET is used for running the application).
• Familiarity with design software such as Figma.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio as a development and debugging tool.
• Understanding of SEO principles and Accessibility support, ensuring applications adhere to them.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
