Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to enhance Developer Experience (DevEx) by optimizing tooling and processes, elevating developer and QA productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pre-production and production environments.
• Vigilantly monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uninterrupted availability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive runbooks, operating procedures, and system diagrams.
• Oversee security and compliance for all environments, including adherence to SOC2 compliance standards.
• Provide guidance and support to the development team, nurturing their growth and productivity.
• Drive key initiatives such as standardizing environments, improving monitoring, and accelerating test automation efforts.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GCP CloudBuild, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk).
• Competence in containerization and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
• Solid knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres, Redis).
• Expertise in networking, including configuration, VPNs, proxies, and firewalls.
• Strong commitment to security best practices in cloud platforms and data.
• Familiarity with developer tools that enhance Developer Experience (DevEx).
• Fluent English communication skills, with at least an Upper-Intermediate or higher conversational level.
