Required skills:

— 5+ years experience in IT full-cycle recruitment;
— Proven managerial experience or willingness to take the responsibility and grow as a leader;
— Excellent verbal and written communication;
— Strong decision-making skills;
— Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously;
— Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast pace manner;
— Results-driven mentality;
— Friendly personality;
— Being a team player;
— At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

— Continuous improving of recruiting processes
— Building company’s recruitment strategy and employer brand;
— Coordinating the recruiting team and reporting on its performance;
— Mentoring and growing recruitment team members;
— Recruiting new talents and conducting interviews;
— Communicating with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals;
— Cooperation with CEO, CTO, PMs, and Sales Managers;
— Implementing new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches);
— Researching and choosing job advertising options;
— Collaboration with recruitment agencies;
— Job market analysis and following the trends;
— Participating in management team to help the company achieve its high level goals.
