Required skills:

— At least 1 year of prior experience working in an IT outsourcing company;
— Understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing business;
— Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
— Great experience with cold outreach & related tools;
— Desire and strong motivation to develop further in lead generation, outreach and sales;
— Fluent English (written is a must);
— Being proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented team player;
— Creative copywriting skills;
— Business communication writing skills;
— Good analytical and research skills;
— Attention to detail;
— Good understanding of human psychology;

Would be a plus:

— Knowledge of German or other languages;
— Marketing background.

Responsibilities:

— Working closely with Sales Team on reaching sales targets;
— Writing custom personalized follow-ups to the potential customers;
— Creating lead generation campaigns from scratch;
— Managing and improving lead generation campaigns;
— Managing communication channels and communicating with leads;
— Helping with organizing and preparation for business trips/roadshows;
— Drafting custom business proposals;
— Working with freelance platforms and searching for relevant opportunities;
— Working with Sales CRM;
