Technical Requirements:

3+ years of project management experience
Agile practitioner
Experience in contract negotiations, drafting and submitting the projects’ proposal of work
Experience in fixed price and T&M budgeting models
Experience with risk management
Excellent people management skills
Excellent command of English

Managing a set of projects in all phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing project phases)
Working closely with customers’ management to understand and fulfill business requirements for the projects
Ensuring clients’ satisfaction within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources of the project
Experience working in mid-size and/or big outsourcing companies (50+ people)
Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences
Managing the day-to-day project activities and resources
Supporting team members, managing risks and conflicts before they arise
Establishing Project Management related procedures and best practices within the company
Participation in project teams staffing
