• About project:This is a non-profit organization with a mission to deepen the understanding of the human mind and support mental well-being on a global scale. The team develops advanced tools to explore the diversity of the human brain and how it influences cognitive functioning and mental health outcomes.
• One of the core products is a comprehensive mental health assessment instrument that provides a cross-disorder profile of an individual’s psychological state. It is widely used to monitor the well-being of organizational workforces and student communities, as well as in research and clinical diagnostic settings.

• Vacancy Stack: Golang, React, Python, AWS Lambda, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL
• Requirements:
• At least 2 years with Golang, at least 1 year with React.
• Proficiency in Golang, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Nice to have hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Preferably, experience in health-related projects with an understanding of HIPAA compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  
• Role Responsibilities: Preferred Experience:
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with health-related projects.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Golang and React.
• Integrate and manage databases using PostgreSQL.
• Implement and optimize search functionalities using Elasticsearch.
• Work with AWS to deploy and manage applications and services.
• Utilize Docker for containerization of applications.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable code deployments.
• Ensure all software development practices comply with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure reliability.

• English level: Upper-intermediate
• Allocation: Long-term, more than a year. Full-time involvement.
• Project Roadmap (Duration, Stage, Time from beginning): The project has been in production for 4+ years. We start from MVP.
