Elementica

I’ve been with Elementica since July 2025. I started as an intern, and I’m happy to have continued as a full member of the team.

As for the tasks, there is real scope for professional growth here. The company is actively developing its AI/ML direction, and this isn’t about simple boilerplate solutions; we work on real, often non-trivial products. I appreciate the room for research and the use of a modern tech stack, which helps to constantly deepen expertise rather than stagnate.

I’d also like to highlight the mentorship culture. I was lucky to work with an experienced mentor from whom I gained a lot of practical knowledge and learned proper architectural approaches.

The communication within the company is always easy-going and supportive. The workflows are well-organized, allowing you to focus on the code and the results.

I have been working at the company for some time now, and I can say that it’s truly a comfortable place to work. The management is supportive, the team is friendly, and the working atmosphere is calm. There are interesting tasks, opportunities for growth, and a real sense that your contribution matters. Overall, it’s a great place to work.

I started working at the company in November 2025 as a full-stack developer (JS stack). I have experience working in both small and large service companies in various positions, so I have something to compare it to.
What I like:
Open corporate culture. Here, you really have the opportunity to communicate directly with management, offer ideas, and openly discuss what needs improvement. C-level executives are truly open to dialogue.
Transparency of processes. All business processes and decisions are communicated clearly — you always understand the direction the company is moving in, what to expect next, and how your work affects the overall result. This gives a sense of stability and confidence.
Influence on technical decisions. As a specialist, you can really influence the choice of technologies and architectural solutions. Your opinion is listened to, which motivates you to take greater responsibility for the result.
Investment in development. The company is interested in the professional growth of each employee. In addition to a comfortable working environment, training materials are provided to improve both technical and soft skills.

I’ve been at Elementica for two years as a Backend Engineer — and honestly, some days it still feels like I just started. These days, I’m the Backend Lead. I get to mentor new employees, interview new candidates, and help interns take their first steps in the field.

What keeps me hooked? It’s the variety. I’m not stuck doing the same thing every day. One moment I’m deep in code, untangling some tricky problem, and the next I’m leading a team or helping the company push forward. It’s never dull around here.

Projects come and go. As soon as we wrap one up and hand it off to a client, another one rolls in. There’s always something new to figure out. Every now and then, I jump in with other teams, just to mix it up. That’s fun too.

Communication here is honestly a breath of fresh air. There’s no pointless red tape or stress. If you need to talk to management, you just do it, and things actually get solved. People are just open and ready to help.

The vibe in the office is another thing I love. The team’s tight-knit, and getting to know everyone feels easy. We grab lunch together, take coffee breaks, and, yeah, there’s even a ping-pong table for when you need a quick reset.

Someone’s always around to teach you something new. People actually want to help you grow.

On the downside? Honestly, I haven’t found one yet. It’s a great place to build your career — and just a great place to be.

Bottom line: great company, great people, and you can actually talk to each other. What else do you need?

Працюю в Elementica вже 2 роки, прийшла у компанію в якості Senior Backend Developer. Коли я вирішила спробувати себе в більш менеджерському напрямку — дали можливість обрати проект з позицією тімліда та підібрати команду.

Проекти змінювала за власною ініціативою задля здобуття нового досвіду. Між проектами повна підтримка на бенчі (зберігається з/п).
Завжди адекватні перемовини по заробітній платі та своєчасні підвищення, ніколи не затримували зарплатню (навіть коли почалась війна, кому потрібно було — могли отримати за наступний місяц зарплатню, або поміч з релокейтом).

Обожнюю наш коллектив — дуже цікаві особистості, і в одночас, дуже приємно працювати з професіоналами. Всі проблеми або запити можна обговорювать з боссами та завжди вони вирішуються в дружній обстановці та у визначені термін. Курси, тренінги все це є, за індивідуальним запитом докупається те, що потрібно.

У нас дуже красивий і стильний офіс у Запоріжжі, дуже багато зелені, квітів, дуже хочется повернутись додому і знов відчути цю атмосферу.
Також для тих, кто працює в офісі компанія забезпечує безкоштовні обіди з ресторанів (VillaOliva, Shelest та ін.) та звісно солодощі, фрукти, чаї та кава є на кухні увесь час.

По техніці в мене ніколи не було зауваженнь, при потребі вона апгрейдится дуже швидко.
Лікарняні оплачуються в 100% розмірі, відпустка 20 роб днів на рік (по 10 на кожні півроку).

Для когось може бути мінусом відсутність HR в компанії, але для мене особисто це великий плюс :)
