7+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, System Administration
2 years of Lead experience
Clouds: AWS, Azure, Google
Experience with distributed systems (support activities)
Operation Systems: Windows, Linux
Profound knowledge and practical skills in designing and development DevOps solutions.
Standard algorithms and ways of their applicability, at the expert level
Knowledge and practical skills in the main software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.)
Methods and techniques to develop and analize functional requirements, develop software technical specifications.
Usage of standard algorithms to design DevOps solutions.

Обов’язки

Develop competence strategy based on the company strategy.
Identify expertise directions of the stream based on modern DevOps techniques, approaches, tools, etc.
Plan and facilitate stream expertise development.
Participate in creation of knowledge base, training materials, etc. for internal company use.
Search for external resources trainings, speakers, meetups, etc.
Organize internal knowledge sharing events (lectures, seminars, small talks, etc.).
Take part in organizing external education (for students, employees of regional offices, etc.) within the competence area.
Organize and perform internal staff coaching and mentoring.
Promote the competence by providing presentations to clients and within the company.
Assess and consult projects; involve other DevOps staff to expertise and consulting.
In cooperation with HR Managers and the Head of SDO, develop career path of the stream members.
In cooperation with the Head of SDO, create the strategic forecast of human resources in the stream.
Provide recommendations or comments when hiring or dismissing employees within the stream.
Participate in conducting of internal staff testing (“matrix”), track their professional growth.
Work on improving the procedure of Competency Matrix testing.
Gather and provide actual information on the qualification of stream members on demand of the DM, RMO, PMO, etc.
