ELEKS Software Engineering & Development Office is looking for a Senior DB Oracle Developer in Lviv, Uzhhorod, Ternopil, Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk.

ABOUT PROJECT

A complicated trading system, based on different databases and back/front-end technologies. One of the biggest parts is based on the Oracle Database which accumulated business logic and contained a lot of tables, stored procedures, functions, etc. The main task of the database is to ensure the smooth functioning of the trading system, which is carried out by connecting to the relevant services on the back end and returning a large number of reports to the front end.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in SQL (Oracle) and development on PL/SQL
• Analyze the database and understand the database structure, support OLTP DB
• Experience in administration Oracle RDBMS latest versions, especially on AWS
• Knowledgebase and understanding Trading methodology and related business processes
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum, using git and JIRA
• Upper intermediate level of English
• Great communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop new feature on DB-side
• Support exists DB instances (Prod, Dev and QA) and fix performance issues
• Ensure development delivery quality
• Work closely with a product owner, manual QA, and other developers
