ELEKS is looking for a Head of Lead Generation to be a part of our Sales Operation Division.

You will be leading a team of SDRs who are responsible for identifying, proactively prospecting and nurturing new business contacts into qualified sales opportunities for the Business Development Managers (BDMs).
You will be working closely with the Executive VP of Sales Operations (EVP.SO), Chief Business Officers (CBOs) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to deliver successful lead generation campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • SDRs Team leading experience
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B lead generation in IT industry
  • At least strong Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Approachable and professional team player
  • Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
  • Adept at prioritizing own workload and remaining organized while meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Leading, training, and coaching the team of SDRs
  • Understanding ELEKS product portfolio and customer requirements to maximize lead conversion
  • Coordinating with CBOs, CSDs/AMs and BDMs regarding the required campaigns
  • Setting up processes, selecting tool
  • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies and tacticsfor the SDRs team that meet ELEKS business goals
  • Tracking lead generation results to determine which tactics are most effective and should be continued or eliminated
  • Reporting on lead generation activity performance
  • Acting as a role model for the team in conducting targeted cold calling to senior business decision makers, understanding their frustrations and proposing suitable solutions, handling objections, appointment setting
  • Ensuring the team achieves monthly targets of qualified leads to pass on to the BDMS
  • Ensuring the suitable delivery and handover of leads and their respective information to the BDMs
  • Keeping up to date notes in the company CRM system
