Eleks Product Design Office is looking for talented and ready for challenges Web Designer to join our Product Design team. We offer a dynamic job in a great community of professionals and constant development.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in design
• Possess an excellent portfolio of interface design works
• Excellent knowledge of digital design software: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar
• Expertise in analytics and testing
• Experience in delivering business presentations
• Profound knowledge of analytics and testing (Google Analytics, heatmaps, A/B testing etc.)
• Understanding of target audiences’ behaviour, needs, tasks and goals and ability to translate them into creative concepts
• Excellent knowledge of core principles of typography, iconography, composition, colour, form and animation to make visually appealing and functional design
• Understanding of basic front-end principles
• Effective communication skills Upper-Intermediate English
• Pro-activity and flexibility
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Passion, enthusiasm and creative flair

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, guide and monitor design processes and approach for solving the problem, and leading others toward that solution in cross-functional meetings
• Prepare and conduct presentations of UX deliverables for different audiences (internal and external stakeholders, clients, project teams)
• Conducting user research sessions (in-home, in-office, user testing, diary studies), and deriving meaningful insights through analysis
• Producing structural design of a software interface, supporting a user’s flow through a system and ability to successfully interact
• Applying the knowledge of Color, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand expression that present the product or service in a way that not only is clear and approachable but appropriately exhibits personality
• Create materials for corporate web pages, including interactive media, animation etc.
• Pitch ideas and concepts to stakeholders
