Eleks is looking for a creative and proactive person who will be a part of the Employee relation team and create an atmosphere in our Lviv office as well as engage colleagues in our corporate culture globaly.

REQUIREMENTS

• An experience of working in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Advanced MS Excel / MS PowerPoint user
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Reliability, attention to detail, willingness to learn
• Willing to develop in Internal Communications, Employer Branding field will be a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active support of Employee relations department by promoting Employer Brand
• Organization of internal and external employee events
• Coordinate suppliers of various souvenirs/printing services and products (coordinating the purchase, controlling supporting documents; providing expenses reports; identifying and researching potential new suppliers)
• Manage correspondence and deliveries
• Work with the communications team to ensure effective internal and external communications of internal and CSR activities
• Support with organizing corporate events, and initiatives for employee engagement, according to the annual plan in local offices
• Support with agreements and accounting documents for ER department
• Gifts package process maintenance, sending newcomers packages, birthday presents etc
• Operational support across a variety of projects and ER activities
