Crucial requirements:
at least 2.5 years of experience in sales in IT outsourcing/agency business
great (advanced, speaking and writing) English
a success story (or 30+ closed deals) on the previous position(s)
Requirements:
Deep understanding of the sales process
Sociability, strong communication skills
High-level understanding of software development process
Team Lead or Head of Sales department experience would be a plus
