— Upper-intermediate English, ability to conduct an interview in English
— 1+ year of recruitment experience (at least 0.5+ year in IT preferred)
— Proven track record of closing position (at least 5+ junior position, 3+ middle/senior that were not recruited through platforms (rabota/work), but through channels)
— Experience with representing companies at conferences
— Experience in recruiting React, React Native, NodeJS devs is a plus

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
— Lead full cycle recruitment process
— Scheduling interviews, briefing сandidates before and after interviews
— Organization and participation in the interviews
— Maintenance of internal databases and building a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates
— Help with employer brand development and promotion
— Visit professional IT events and do some head hunting
