Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows.

We’re building a custom platform to streamline and automate our operations, from client onboarding to designer task management. We’re looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of the platform from concept to MVP and beyond. This is a chance to build something from scratch with full support from the founder and a team of experienced designers and developers.

Skills You’ll Improve in This Role:

• User research skills — enhance your ability to conduct interviews, analyze insights, and turn findings into actionable improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration — strengthen how you work side by side with designers, developers, and leadership, guiding the product through every stage.
• Data-informed decision-making — refine your approach to using data for prioritization, MVP scoping, and hypothesis testing.

What You’ll Do:

• Research competitors and define the approach
• Translate business needs into structured documentation (PRDs, flows)
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to build an MVP
• Manage the backlog, set priorities, and track sprints
• Test features and iterate based on user feedback

Required Skills:

• 1+ years as a Product Manager (preferably B2B/SaaS)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Intermediate+ English for written communication
• Strong documentation and analytical skills
• Startup or fast-paced agency background preferred

Nice to have:

• Experience with platforms, automation tools, and internal CRMs
