Eleken is a pragmatic UI.UX design agency for SaaS, we create UI.UX products for US & European markets. Despite the pandemic and war, we continue to grow x2 annually both in employees & sales.

Finally, about the position =)

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, develop/plan and manage all of the marketing activities in the company
• Develop of the new sales channels
• Set quarter/year targets and achieving them
• Evaluate and optimise marketing strategy and budgets
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, improve their effectiveness
• Build and support a growth-mindset culture with current team members, related to marketing department (content writers, link builders, SMM)

Requirements:

• Strong strategic marketing experience, with total of 4+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, including email marketing, SEO, PR, SMM
• Entrepreneurial mindset, which strives for more and finds opportunities
• Conversational English (B2+)
