We’ve all had awful experiences dealing with inefficiencies and antiquated technologies in our day to day interactions, from something as simple as showing proof of insurance during a routine traffic stop or going through the excruciating pain of claiming a loss. This frustration is why we started Elafris, and now, with the help of AI-powered chatbots, we can save customers a lot of money by automating most elements of the insurance supply-chain, while serving consumers in the way we’ve grown accustomed to.
Our long-term goal is to augment our AI training to handle an ever-widening array of human requests and build a recommendation engine to compete with a human’s brain.
