We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to become an important member of the team in managing our project flow, ensuring our valuable human resources are utilized effectively across our diverse portfolio of R&D projects. What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Project Coordinator, you will bescheduling, working closely with Project Managers, the CTO, and Line Managers.

• Resource Allocation: Actively manage and allocate Hardware, Software, and QC resources across multiple simultaneous projects based on project phases and priorities.
• Proactive Planning & Constraint Management: Develop and maintain the resource plan for 2–3 months ahead, proactively identifying and communicating potential resource constraints or bottlenecks to management.
• Resource Leveling: Conduct resource leveling exercises in coordination with the CTO, Project Directors (PD), and line managers to balance workload and capacity.
• Time & Progress Control: Monitor and control the actual resource utilization, verifying reported hours against planned allocation using data from our ERM system.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on overall time reporting compliance and resource allocation effectiveness for management review, ensuring transparency across all projects.

What You Will Bring: Required Skills

We are looking for a motivated professional with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively.

• English Language: Decent level of English (B1 minimum) for daily communication and documentation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions regarding resource utilization.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic to intermediate level of Excel proficiency (comfortable creating tables, charts, and using formulas).
• Planning Fundamentals: Basic understanding of project planning, scheduling, and dependency management.
• Communication: Proactive and clear communication style, capable of engaging confidently with technical specialists and executive management.
