We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who will become a part of our talented team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English for daily client communication
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and business mindset
• Openness to learning, adaptability, and professional growth
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tracking/documentation tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience in telemedicine or e-commerce projects
• Background with startups or early-stage product development
• Knowledge of estimation techniques and close collaboration with tech teams
• Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping (Figma, Miro, Balsamiq)
• Basic understanding of UX principles
• Practical knowledge of API concepts (REST, SOAP, Postman) and integrations
• Awareness of compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
• Basic data analysis skills (SQL / BI tools)

Responsibilities:

• Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions (interviews, workshops, brainstorming, surveys, process mapping)
• Visualize requirements and processes using UML/BPMN diagrams, flows, and prototypes
• Act as a bridge between clients, PMs, developers, QA, and designers to ensure a shared understanding
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, prepare scope for sprints/iterations
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle (Discovery → Delivery → Release)
• Support the team in scope management and facilitate change requests handling
• Validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals and user expectations
• Contribute to process improvements, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing within the team
