We are looking for a Tech Lead (Node.js+React.js), who will become a part of our talented team and will actively participate in project development and support.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in software development and system design (or at least 3 years in a senior engineering leading role)
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- Solid experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and SQL databases (preferably Postgres)
- Knowledge of Flutter is a plus
- English: at least Upper-intermediate (B2)
- Experience with high-load systems, microservices, and cloud solutions
- Skilled in scalable and reliable code development
- Infrastructure experience with AWS, Terraform
- Knowledge of secure system design and monitoring tools
- Aligning technical solutions with business strategies
- Strategic thinking and big-picture product development
- Strong communication and process-building skills
- Flexibility to adapt and make decisions in uncertainty

Responsibilities:
- Develop a long-term technical strategy that works for stakeholders. Work closely with management and understand business needs
- Determine the technology stack, patterns, and architectural solutions for rapid future development
- Assess technical risks and set priorities
- Oversee and guide a diverse team of backend, frontend, and mobile developers in implementing the plan
- Hands-on involvement in implementing technical solutions
- Experience working with security compliance for sensitive data
- Implement a system of quality gateways to reduce risk and improve stability
- Create a system for product quality through regular reviews, code audits, and unit testing
- Work with the team to create high-quality unit tests
- Create and sustain detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, API specifications, and deployment guides
