Tech Lead (Node.js)

We are looking for a Tech Lead (Node.js+React.js), who will become a part of our talented team and will actively participate in project development and support.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software development and system design (or at least 3 years in a senior engineering leading role)
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React
• Solid experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and SQL databases (preferably Postgres)
• Knowledge of Flutter is a plus
• English: at least Upper-intermediate (B2)
• Experience with high-load systems, microservices, and cloud solutions
• Skilled in scalable and reliable code development
• Infrastructure experience with AWS, Terraform
• Knowledge of secure system design and monitoring tools
• Aligning technical solutions with business strategies
• Strategic thinking and big-picture product development
• Strong communication and process-building skills
• Flexibility to adapt and make decisions in uncertainty
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-development

Responsibilities:

• Develop a long-term technical strategy that works for stakeholders. Work closely with management and understand business needs
• Determine the technology stack, patterns, and architectural solutions for rapid future development
• Assess technical risks and set priorities
• Oversee and guide a diverse team of backend, frontend, and mobile developers in implementing the plan
• Hands-on involvement in implementing technical solutions
• Experience working with security compliance for sensitive data
• Implement a system of quality gateways to reduce risk and improve stability
• Create a system for product quality through regular reviews, code audits, and unit testing
• Work with the team to create high-quality unit tests
• Create and sustain detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, API specifications, and deployment guides
