We are looking for a Middle Motion Designer to join our team—someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and fluent in modern motion trends. You’ll bring Templify’s stories to life through dynamic animations and clean visual systems, crafting assets for product, marketing, and social while helping us scale a consistent motion language across platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Motion Designer for 2+ years
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Illustrator
- Proven experience in motion design
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency with AI content creation tools (e.g., Veo 3, Runway)
- Strong artistic taste
- Solid knowledge of composition principles and their practical application
- Ability to generate creative design from the client’s ideas & requests
- Understanding of the Guide Material and Human Interface guidelines
- Fast learner with a growth mindset
- Exceptional attention to details
- Openness to iterate and adjust concepts based on client feedback
Responsibilities:
- Create video montage
- Create highly engaging videos and animations for marketing and Ads campaigns
- Create moodboards and concepts
- Produce images and visual assets for the company blog, presentations, and social media
- Collaborate with art and creative teams to develop cohesive visuals, motion, and sound for animations and video content
